Getting Adventurous with My Exercise
We were recently in Key West for a week long family vacation. It was wonderful. I packed many of the items from my Shaklee180 Kit and I was diligent about eating my meal bars, most of the time. What I was most proud during that trip, was my new exercise!
On day 3 of Key West we went on a FURY Water Adventure. During the water adventure I kayaked! It wasn’t simple, it was challenging and fun. The very best part of our physical activity that day, is the excitement of my 6 year old. She loved it! She’s ready to go buy a kayak! We’ve already started researching places locally to kayak as a family.
Did you know that a 165 lb person can burn well over 250 calories an hour kayaking? According to my numbers, I burned 350 calories that day!

My family went kayaking for the first time last year while on vacation. We loved it and couldn’t believe we’d never tried it before. I can’t wait to go again this year.
