100-Calorie Snack – Guacamole by Wholly Guacamole! Recipe Included!
I have found a new obsession. It’s only 100 calories, so I’m not feeling guilty about it! GUACAMOLE – specifically Wholly Guacamole and their 100-calorie packs.
I have always been a fan of guacamole. I love avocados but don’t always have the patience to make it or the appetite to eat an entire big container before it spoils. These 100-calorie packs are just perfect.
Not sure how to use them? Here are 5 ways I have!
- Mixed into an egg white omelet!
- Taco salad addition!
- With chips!
- On toast!
- As a dip with veggies…like sliced red peppers and carrots!
What ways have you used guacamole?
A yummy quiche is another great way to use some guacamole! Here’s a recipe that I’m sure to try!
Mexican Quiche
1 frozen deep-dish pie shell
8 oz. ground beef (substitute ground turkey)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 to 2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (substitute low fat cheddar cheese)
3 eggs, slightly beaten (substitute egg whites)
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
FOR GARNISH:
Wholly Guacamole
Broken corn chips
Chopped tomato
Shredded lettuce
In a medium skillet, combine ground turkey, onion, green chiles (reserve 1 tablespoon chiles) and taco seasoning mix. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until turkey is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat. Layer cheese and turkey mixture in pie shell.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, half and half, salt and pepper. Beat with a wire whisk or fork until well mixed, but not frothy. Pour egg mixture over beef and cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees or until knife inserted one inch from center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes.
To serve, garnish quiche with Wholly Guacamole, corn chips, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce.
Makes 6 servings.

This looks delicious! I agree that sometimes guacamole sounds really good but I don’t feel like making it myself plus I won’t eat all of it before it goes bad. This is a great idea!

I love Wholly Guac and cannot find it anywhere 🙁 Their store locator told me places and I never can find it after scouring the whole store.
I found it near the deli counter by the hummus. Check there!
This appears scrumptious! I concur that occasionally guacamole seems really very good but I really don’t really feel like generating it myself additionally I won’t consume all of it just before it goes negative. This is a fantastic concept!
