Yummy! I went to college in Baltimore and grew very fond of crab cakes! We’re also big time Old Bay fans in this house! My husband makes great steamed shrimp covered in Old Bay!

Crab cakes, Tandoori Shrimp, Honey Mustard Salmon, and Shrimp Stir Fry are big in my house. I have a crab cake recipe I learned while at the Viking Cooking School, the Tandoori recipe is from my Indian mother-in-law, the salmon is so quick and easy, and the stir fry is like my pasta sauce and chili…different every time based on what I have on hand. Delicious and such a great idea to remind us to keep seafood in our diet!

First off, how cool that you went to Viking Cooking School. That’s on my list of things to do! Your recipes sound delicious! I wished we lived closer because I would offer to try out any of these for you!

I love just cooking seafood, any seafood, in garlic and butter. My youngest son just LOVES oysters and shrimp cooked that way. Not very nutritious, but it is a delicious treat!
