Iron Fork Review

Thursday, August 1 was a fantastic date night. Tom and I headed to the Adrienne Arsht Center to foodie heaven, better known as Iron Fork Miami! Much thanks to MasterCard for their tremendous discount for cardholders wanting to attend this priceless Miami event.

Tom and I arrived with our bellies empty and boy was that I good thing. The abundance of UNBELIEVABLE food was everywhere! All levels of the Adrienne Arsht Center were full of foods to try from some of the VERY BEST restaurants in Miami. 

The muse portions that we tried included coconut ceviche, black squid noodles, beef empenadas, red pepper soup, octopus ceviche, pan con lechon & peppers and so much more.

The Local House’s Coconut Ceviche drew a huge crowd and many repeat tasters! Yes, it was that good! (The photo doesn’t do it justice!)

The venue was packed, which made me very grateful for the VIP tickets that MasterCard holders could purchase at a discount. VIP guests were allowed into the event an hour early, beating the crowds. Also, a open bar with beers, Bacardi and fantastic wines from Chile were provided on the main stage of the center.
