Smart Cause: The Garage Sale WITH a Diaper Drive!

Tomorrow is a BIG DAY!

FINALLY, I’m getting rid of my trash treasures! My husband and I are having a garage sale and I couldn’t be more excited!  Honestly, I think my husband is more excited that I am finally agreeing to purge some of the crazy trash treasures that I’ve held onto for so long!

Here’s the even BETTER PART!  During my garage sale I will have a table set up to receive diapers. What do diapers have to do with a garage sale, especially when there isn’t a diaper wearing child in this house?  Well, I’ve decided to take advantage of an opportunity of mass amounts of strangers arriving at my house!  I’m hosting a DIAPER DRIVE during my garage sale!  I’ve invited attendees through my garage sale ads to bring a pack of diapers to the garage sale.

I’ve even enticed them with FREE breakfast if they bring diapers!  It’s Donuts for Diaper tomorrow!  The diapers I collect will be donated to Destiny Diaper Bank, an area diaper bank that I support through Huggies’ Every Little Bottom!  It’s a fantastic diaper bank, as you learned through my posting last month.  I have no idea how many people will show up with diapers.  I’m hoping to get at least a dozen packs!  Fingers crossed!
