For his 1st guest post, he is sharing his(our) experience with Harmony Valley Foods and a fantastic contest they are holding!  Please enjoy his post!

Never in a million years did I think I would try a dehydrated veggie burger mix, until a unique opportunity presented itself, my wife Smarty Pants Mama received a package of Harmony Valley Vegetarian Hamburger mix to try.

I was incredibly skeptical at first, I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy.  Then I thought about what I tell my 4 1/2 year old daughter,

you don’t know if you like something until you try it.  So, my wife and I hydrated the mix, and decided to use it to make a breakfast sandwich.  It was awesome.  We made a veggie egg and cheese sandwich and couldn’t have been more pleased.  Now the better part, after eating this delicious sandwich, we entered a contest to try to win a Big Green Egg energy efficient grill!

It’s pretty simple to enter, first you go to the Harmony Valley

website www.harmonyvalleyfoods.comthen click on the Great Grill Challenge.  Next up, post your unique recipe of how the veggie burger was used, last up post a picture of your creation.  Good luck and be sure to let me know about your recipe!

Disclosure:  A free sample of Harmony Valley Vegetarian Hamburger Mix was provided, however all opinions are my own.
