The lovable day is almost here. Wondering what #HealthyEssentials you ought to stock up on before the 14th. One of our favorite things together is cook. A great new recipe, a pile of ingredients and we’re set for a fun night!
This Valentine’s night I want our cooking to include baking. A delicious sweet is always allowed on Valentine’s, so when not make it together. Since we’re watching what we’re eating this year – limiting our sweets – I’ve decided to use Splenda as the sweetener.

After our sweets, we’ve got the keep those teeth squeaky clean! Here are some of my favorites for his teeth and mine:

- Teeth Whitening – No, no time here to go get these pearly white to be actually white. My teeth have shown the effect of years of coffee and Diet Coke drinking. I’ve tried all sorts of at-home whitening products and I must say that the REMBRANDT® DEEPLY WHITE® + Peroxide Fresh Mint Toothpaste does the best job at removing surface stains. I have time for that!
