Ok Smart Mams, how’s it going?? Are you paying attention to each gulp of water you consume? I was able to down 2 of my Rubbermaid bottles (32 oz each) and 4 other separate glasses. Not bad for Day 1!!! Don’t forget to keep track today!!!
