Smart Home: Put Safety First this 4th of July!
As we all head to backyard barbecues and the beach this weekend we must remember to put safety 1st. Fireworks, including sparklers, are dangerous items that can very easily injure. Please take a moment to view this video made by the Consumer Protection Safety Commission (CPSC) on the dangers of fireworks.
Please share this post with friends and family. I was especially moved by the mannequins of the 2 girls playing with sparklers. It’s is frightening how easily lives can change with fireworks. Be a vigilant parent this 4th of July. By all means, keep your children away from any dangers. Seeing how Jason Henderson’s life has been forever changed because of the misuse of fireworks really hit home. Don’t let it happen in your own.

Oh my God.. That video scares me even they are mannequins. I don’t want to see people killed by any form of violence and accidents. I will share this post for you.
The mannequins frightened me too! The 2 little girls holding the sparklers scared me the most since that situation relates the most to me and the family.
Fireworks are meant for festivals and not as a toy or play thing. The danger of fireworks is already tested and proven. Even proper storage of fireworks should be properly done. Even to sparklers. They may not explode but still contain really harmful chemicals which can affect our body. tsk tsk tsk…
