Delicious Ranch Chicken Sliders are a perfect item to serve to guests watching the big game or anytime you have a hungry crowd!
We were invited by Naturally Fresh® to use one of their dressings in a recipe. We instantly thought of one of our favorite ways to make chicken and how the flavor of their Ranch Dressing would be a perfect touch. Boy, were we right! Our #NaturallyFreshRecipe came out great!
My 9 year old, AKA Peanut, and I made these sliders in just under 30 minutes. They were eaten up in no time. We are certainly making them for the big game and the next time friends come over.
Our special ingredient was the Naturally Fresh® Ranch Dressing, made with Naturally Fresh’s® own buttermilk. This is one of our favorite dressings in the house. Ranch Chicken Sliders Recipe
We used the dressing twice in this recipe. We used it to cover the chicken – it acted as the “glue” for the breadcrumbs. We also used it as a spread on the sandwich. See our homemade video of Peanut making the Ranch Chicken Sliders.
Follow our recipe below to make these Ranch Chicken Sliders.
- 1 pound Organic Chicken Breast, thinly sliced and cut in half
- 1/2 cup Naturally Fresh(r) Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Cooking Spray
- Slider Buns
- Lettuce
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Drench each piece of chicken in the dressing. Be sure to cover each side well.
- Cover each chicken piece with breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken on foil-lined with cooking spray cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare buns with a smear of dressing and lettuce.
- Place one chicken piece in each bun.
- Enjoy
