PB & J Oat Bites

These PB & J Oat Bites are full of nutritious ingredients, and they taste great! They are perfect for after-school!
  • 1 cup McCann’s Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
  • 1 large ripe banana mashed
  • ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp organic raw honey
  • 2 tbsp organic jam
  1. Mix all ingredients, except jam.
  2. Form golf ball size balls. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Gently press down on each ball to create an indentation.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or cookie is crisp.
  4. Allow to cool on cooling rack.
  5. Carefully add a small dollop of jam in the indentation of each cookie.
  6. Enjoy!
