Below are the CPSC recalls I have received this past week. There are 5 recalls for hooded sweatshirts. The CPSC issued guidelines in September 1999 indicating that hooded, sizes 2T -12, SHOULD NOT have hood or neck drawstrings due to strangulation hazard.
