Here’s a great side dish for Turkey Day! It’s easy and very yummy! Thanks to my aunt for the recipe.

Corn Casserole
Serves 12 – 15

Ingredients
2 whole eggs (beaten)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 can cream corn
1 can kernel corn (drained)
1 pt. sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 tablespoons sugar

Mix together. Pour in glass 9×13. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes.
